Western blot was performed using Anti-SR-BI Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (SR37-06) (Product # MA5-32001) and a 75 kDa band corresponding to SCARB1 was observed across across the cell lines and tissues tested. Membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), Hep G2 (Lane 2), PC-3 (Lane 3), Jurkat (Lane 4), MOLT-4 (Lane 5), Mouse Brain (Lane 6), Mouse Kidney (Lane 7), Mouse Ovary (Lane 8), Mouse Adrenal Gland (Lane 9), Mouse Liver (Lane 10), Rat Liver (Lane 11) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:20000 dilution) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
